Project: Clay tile roof leak
I had a difficult time finding a qualified roofer to repair a leak in my clay tile roof. This type of work requires a special level of skill and experience—not only to walk on the tiles without damaging them, but also to carefully remove, repair, and reinstall them properly while preserving the existing roof.
After asking several longtime, trusted contractors for recommendations, I finally received two referrals from my plumber, Mr. Joe. That referral was particularly important to me because I value relationships with contractors who have earned my trust over the years. Unfortunately, one contractor was too busy and never showed up for the scheduled inspection.
Then I contacted **Andrew Roofing**. I asked whether they worked on my particular type of clay tile roof and received an immediate response: "Yes!" We scheduled an inspection, and Miguel, the project manager, showed up as promised. He identified the roofing problem and provided a written contract outlining the proposed repairs and cost, subject to any unforeseen issues.
I was also impressed by the company's online reviews and professional accreditations. Miguel showed me photos of previous projects as well as a current job, which gave me additional confidence in the company's workmanship. Although they were very busy, Miguel assured me they would get to my project as soon as possible. We scheduled a date, and they followed through.
When the crew arrived, they came with three trucks. Two workers performed the repairs while Miguel supervised the job. I had also identified a leak around one of my bathroom windows. Miguel and his crew investigated it, identified the cause, and determined that it only needed caulking. They took care of it at no additional charge. I really appreciated that extra attention to detail!
At this point, I am very satisfied with the service. I have a six-month warranty and, just as importantly, the assurance that they will take care of me if any additional problems arise.
I believe in building relationships with the people and businesses I invite into my home. Good workmanship, reliability, communication, and standing behind your work matter to me. **Andrew Roofing was a very good find! ** I appreciate Mr. Joe for making the referral and Miguel for his professionalism, communication, and follow-through throughout the entire process.

Please speak to your workers not to park and take the parking of the neighbors next or in front of where they are performing work. Park at the locations parking. People who live where those parking spaces are being blocked come home from work and the last thing one should expect is Andrews work vehicle occupying a parking space! Especially when the location they are working at has a large space of land to take up!
Do better! Be mindful of the neighbors! Shitty decision to not be considerate.

A big shout out to Geronimo, Juan and all their crew members on the amazing work they did on my roof replacement, and gutters on our home and garage. The whole process was handled smoothly and in a timely manner from start to finish. Once the work was completed, the crews cleaned up and my home was left pristine. If you need any roof or gutters replaced etc., I highly recommend Andrew's Public Adjusters to handle all of your needs.

Had a new roof installed 3 yrs ago and have no complaints. It has held up very well from all the recent storms that we have had. Also the people at Andrew's Roofing are very professional and nice!
